The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita’s mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.
Cupping Notes: Wonderful acidity, good body with some citrus and cocoa notes.
